Inclement Weather/Snow Policy: Palace performances are rarely canceled and only in the case of severe weather. Unless a State of Emergency is declared by the office of the Governor of Connecticut, performances will go on as scheduled. If a performance is canceled, the following radio and television stations will be notified: WATR AM (1320), WRCH FM (100.5), WTNH/TV 8, WFSB/TV 3, and WVIT/TV 4. Individuals may also call the Box Office at 203-346-2000 or the administrative offices at 203-346-2010 for further information. If there is bad weather and a show is postponed, customers will be re-ticketed for the moved date. If there is bad weather and a show is canceled, customers may exchange their tickets to another performance in a multi-performance run (subject to availability) or request a credit on their account. The Palace Theater has a no refund policy.
